I don't know why, but I woke up from a nap with the sudden urge to eat pretzels and some sweets, when I randomly came up with this idea. I wanna try and make bread pudding with soft pretzels!
I'm thinking with my stomach, lol.
Since I like Auntie Anne's cinnamon & sugar pretzels, I kinda wanna make a simple, lightly spiced pretzel bread pudding, say with cinnamon, sugars (granulated, confectioner's, brown), and without raisins or anything. I just want it simple, but as I have said previously in another thread a while ago, I want to try and make bread pudding, just to see how it comes out. :)
I want a good soft pretzel dough recipe, and I would love a basic recipe for the liquid ingredients that I need to whip up to pour into the cut up pieces of pretzel, before baking.
Help!! Lol. :)
