Alix,

I made the muffins today. I used dark chocolate chips and substituted some of the regular flour with whole wheat flour. They turned out great and I look forward to taking them in my lunch this week. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

I"m craving these now. I happen to have two scary looking bananas so there might be a yummy breakfast in the morning.

these sound good and healthy. gonna do next time. i often make banana muffins. last week made huge ones with blueberries as well. very yummy. always willing to try something new.

These didn't make it through the day. My problem is having bananas in the house long enough to get brown to MAKE them. LOL.
