Ella,mine opened up and oozed all over the cookie sheet. What did i do wrong ?

If you have way to much filling for the recipe, I would wonder if your yeast was good or if you cooked down the filling enough.

I too would think that the filling did not cook down enough.....also, must seal them really well.
