Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins

Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins

1 cup flour
1 cup oatmeal
1/3 cup sugar
Pinch salt
teaspoon nutmeg
3 teaspoons baking powder
Mix, than toss in 1 pt. washed and dried fresh Blueberrys

Mix cup canola oil, cups milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 beaten egg.
Stir into dry ingredients.

Bake 400 for about 15 minutes.

This recipe is totally up my alley ! Thank you Patty, I'm going to give it a try this week and will report!
