2 cups self-rising flour
1 cup butter/melted
1 (8 oz) container sour cream
1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350*.
In large bowl combine flour/butter/sour cream/
and cheese until blended. Add pecans if desired.
Drop by heaping teaspoonful onto a lightly greased
baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until
golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes before removing.
Yield: 2 dozen
