Has anybody tried "cloud bread?" It supposedly is very, very similar to regular bread, but is practically carb free, gluten free and high in protein. Made with cream cheese, eggs, baking powder, honey and salt. You can also add herbs/spices of your choice. Also good for diabetics too per claims on the recipes. I ran across this while looking for a dutch oven bread that I started yesterday. Just wondering if anybody had ever heard of or tried it.

It sounds like a version of the roll recipe from Atkins. I tried it years ago and was not impressed, maybe it's time to give it another try.
