I used this recipe with the buttermilk option and it's excellent. It has replaced my previous recipe.

This one isn't my recipe. I offer it because it tastes great. And I have to agree, it isn't one of the healthiest recipes I've ever eaten. We don't make it often. But I figure that on the rare occasions that I make banana bread, it might as well be the best version I can find.
