wow, if it works, I think I'd try just a vanilla, maybe with the addition of cardamom or almond, a bit of nutmeg...

did you notice the calories in this recipe? way over the top, as well as to many carbs and sugar for this diabetic. sounds wonderful though. may try it just for fun and give it away.

But that's for the 1-8" loaf.

so if you have a 1/8 inch slice it is still high. don't get me wrong, i am going to make it. want to see how it turn out. ..wouldn't it be great with egg nog ice cream?

I made a similar recipe (maybe the same one) a few years ago. It turned out just okay. I may have done something wrong, so let us know how you make out.
