Making biscuits & freezing for later use?
I am wanting to make some rolls tonight and the recipe I have makes 1.5 dozen. We don't eat that much at a sitting but would love to make them and be able to freeze them and then use them as needed.
Do I need to make the recipe, make them into balls, let them rise and then put them in the freezer? Or do I put them in there before letting them rise? If it is possible to do this do I just put them in a freezer bag or do I need to freeze them in muffin pans to keep there shape and then put into a bag?
