Peanut Butter Bread

I loaf in a 9x5 loaf pan...preheat oven to 350 my oven would be 325 it bakes hot. Blend 2 cups a/p flour,1 tea. salt, and 4 tea. baking powder. In another bowl cream 1/2 cup sugar,and 1/2 cup peanut butter.put the two mixs together and add 1-1/2 cups milk. Pour into the loaf pan bake for 55 to 60 min. Makes the one loaf. Nice while still warm with a dab of jelly
