125g/ 1/2 cup sugar
125g/ 1/2 cup Butter
2 eggs
200g/ 1 cup flour
50g/ 1 3/4oz oats
1/2 Pkg / 2ts baking powder
70ml/ 5 TS milk
50g/ 1 3/4oz almonds
1 apple, peeled and cubed
1 ts cinnamon
1 ts gingerbread-spice
1 ts vanilla extract
1 TS lemonjuice
1 ts orange peel
confectinoners sugar
brown and white couverture
Blend well sugar, butter and eggs until sugar is dissolved.
Ad flour, milk, oats and bakinpowder and blend until you got a smooth batter
Add the rest except for apples, blend well
add apple.
spoon the batter in the prepared pan and bake in the preheated oven at 180°C/350°F for about 30min.
decorate with couverture and confectioners sugar.
