I can make most any bread, but sour dough
eludes me. Awesome looking bread.

Hi Josie 1945, I used white wild yeast starter. I had trouble at first with the starter, but persevered until it was more robust. Have been making the sourdough pancakes from this site, but decided it was time for the big challenge. Now that I have had success, will start on my wild rye. Thanks
