ISO sourdough bread like Hardees ..

anyone know where\how to get sourdough bread like they
use for their burgers at hardees/carl jr. ?
i really love that stuff and can not find sour dough that is
5 to 6" around ....
any help would be grate ..

YOu might try and see if there is a "CopyCat" recipe out there. Just type in Hardee's buns--copycat recipes and see what comes up.

I haven't eaten at Hardee's lately, but I was just at Food Lion and in the bakery area, they had round sourdough loaves about that size. I haven't tried them, though. HTH.

thanks all .. i have looked around at every place i can think ..
and there is not a good bakery that is close ..
and i can not bake .. no way no how ..

Oh, yes, you can..........but I know that you may be busy working and supporting yourself.....see if Hardee's will sell you the buns......you'd be surprised what a smile can do and a pretty please........hope you find a good substitute......or do you know a good friend who bakes and pay them with a good bottle of wine
