I mix it up now and again, but typical dough

4.5 cups bread flour
1 pack ADY
tsp salt
tsp sugar
2 tbsp olive oil
1.75 cups water

I have recently gotten into making home made fresh mozzarella.
I make my own sauce as well.

WOW, they are amazing and so professional looking. I enjoy making pizza too, but I cheat slightly with ready made dough.

Well Thanks!
I don't blame you for cheating on the dough, it can be a mess and time consuming.
I work a 7 on 7 off. So i have a lot of time on my hands. And a wife who doesn't mind cleaning up after me.
