Are you looking for an amazing pizza sauce that will impress your guests?

The magic word here is RICOTTA.

Instead of wasting hours in the kitchen preparing some complicated sauce, just spread some wonderful Ricotta cheese on your pizza and you're ready to go.

This combination is extremely simple (only 4 ingredients!) and the final result is always amazing, I love it:

Crispy bacon, artichoke & ricotta

200g ricotta
400g can artichoke hearts, drained
50g black olives, halved
6 rashers streaky bacon

Spread your base with ricotta. Scatter over artichokes, olives and bacon.

To bake your pizza: Heat oven to 240C/220C fan/gas 8 and then bake for 15-20 mins until crisp.

I like ricotta in stuffed pasta and lasagna but on pizza not so much. I've tried it a few times and it's just not to my taste.

I'm not a fan of ricotta. Not in a pizza or a lasagna or stuffed shells/ravioli/tortellini or other stuffed pasta.
