oooops - forgot to say that bread looks GREAT! I sometimes mix a little cut rosemary in my dough and substitute my EVOO for some of the water - it takes it to another level for sure!

Love foccacia bread. I use this recipie. Cooking - recipe for Herbed Focaccia Bread Mix

I went to Spice House and got Herbs du provence here. Herbes de Provence, French Herb Blend

I have made it twice and loved it both times.

Yes, great stove!! Also, I have cut kalamata olives in half and shoved them into the dents right before cooking. Yikes, I love bread!
