Are you also sharing the recipe, or is it just food porn?

Grape & Roma tomatoes, organic garlic infused olive oil, minced elephant garlic, a little organic spinach & fresh basil in the processor. Pour sauce on dough, layer pepperoni, sprinkle mozzarella, provolone, Parmesan, asiago, Romano, pepper jack on top and sling her in the oven. This also does well in a cast iron skillet for deep dish! It is spicy but oh so divine! :)

Thanks Chava. It looks really good. What is elephant garlic?

Tonight I'm preparing myself a chicken picatta with a lemon basil pasta.

Elephant garlic is actually in the leek family, it is quite large and milder in flavor. You can roast it in the oven and it makes a most delightful spread. Do indulge, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Can you taste all six cheeses?
I've never been able to distinguish even four cheeses in the classic quattro formaggi.

I know, it's hard to get past 4. I only get 4 as well!

It is a very large bulb. Like a bulb on a leek. So mild you could almost eat it raw. I bought it once. Not enough flavor for me. I want to have that garlic taste.

Well, I simply cqnnot even get 6 different cheeses, simply not available. But back to recipe, can you eleborate on the dough please.

Here you go Charlie

3 cups of flour ( all purpose or whole wheat flour)
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
1 & 1/2 cups warm water ( about 110 degrees)
2 & 1/4 tsp active dry yeast

Mix & allow the yeast, sugar and water to dissolve in a large owl . Let it stand for about 12 minutes. After yeast mixture has dissolved, add the salt & oil to yeast. Mix in about 2 & 3/4 cups of flour. Take the dough out of the owl and place on a clean floured surface. Knead the dough adding remainder of flour until it is no longer sticky. When the dough is no longer sticky, put the dough ball in a well oiled bowl, cover with a towel and allow it to rise. This takes about 45-60 minutes. After dough has risen, you can roll it out on your favorite pan, add your sauce, cheese and other toppings of your choice. Make sure you preheat your oven to about 350-375. It usually takes anywhere from 12-18 minutes depending on your oven. Just keep an eye on your pizza.

This can actually make to small/medium pizzas

If needed dust the dough wi a little flour when rolling out for pan, you may also spray your pan or cast iron skillet with a little butter and dust with garlic powder for a little something extra! :)
