No-knead pizza dough

Don't punch it down until you remove it from the fridge tomorrow. I would remove it about an hour before you want to use it, then punch it down (it will probably rise up a little bit again before you use it). Then shape it and make the pizza.

That recipe sounds great, BTW.

ps - make sure you tightly cover the bowl with plastic wrap before refrigerating it.
