Pan Fried Pizza

I'm having problems with my oven that does not allow me to bake anything. I've been craving for home made pizza for a few months because I was without gas for 3 months. Last week I was looking at mark bittman make a pan fried pizza I thought it was really good with the bread coming out nice and crispy.

Have you checked the heating elements in your oven to make
sure they are in good condition? Look at them very closely to
make sure there are no thin spots in them. Then turn the oven
on and watch each heating element as it heats up and turns red;
is it glowing red on the entire element?
Or is only part of the heating element glowing red?

One, or both of them could need to be replaced. They are usually
fairly cheap and also easy to install.

The repair man came by today checked the oven and got it working. I'm right now seasoning my pizza stone to have ready for tomorrow's lunch pizza.

Me too, PurpC, that one he made looked pretty darn good to me, but it needed more stuff on it!
