REC: Foccacia Bread

2 cans pillsbury pizza crust
1 triangle of romano cheese, finely shredded
powder oregano
4-5 roma tomatoes, sliced very thin

Roll out pizza crust on cookie sheet and press seams together.
Sprinkle oregano over crust(to your taste) Sprinkle half of cheese over oregano. Lay tomatoes to cover completely. Top with remaining cheese. Bake as instructed on the pizza crust package.
Best when warm

Thanks, texasgirl! I have a ton of focaccia recipes, but this one is the easiest by far!

I'm trying this. Sounds so easy and delicious. Thanks.
One question, though. Do you combine both packages of pizza dough into one ?
