This is a nrw idea, at least for, the stuffed pancake. I hope someone tries this technique and lets me know if it works.

Yiu will need one recipe - Chief's Pancake batter.

3 cups prepared barries, cherries, or diced fruit

Oiled, oven-safe griddlePreheat oven to 350' F.
Heat the griddle on the stovetop. Place fruit and sugzr into a large sauce pan over medium heat. Add 1 cup of water that has been combined with one tbs. cornstarch. The fruit shoud look like pie filling.

Cook 4 or 6 pancakes on your heated grddle. Wjen bubbles start to form on top, spoon fruit on top-half of threem pancakes. Flip the other pancakes on top of the fruit-tops, with the uncooked side on the inside. Place in a 350' oven and bake for 15 minutes. Serve with protien of choice, and butter, syrup, jam, or honey

I think you could surprise eveyone with these. As I suspect that they would simply look like very thick pancakes. If using blueberries, you won't need to pre-cook them. Simply sprinkle them all over the uncooked pancaike halves.

Someone please try this and let us all know how they turnrd out, and if you had to change anything.
