This is the recipe I use for vegetarian pancakes and waffles, I must do it, because I recently found out I am allergic to eggs, however I cannot live without pancakes or waffles, love them way too much!
Sugar: 50g (I use brown sugar, as it caramelizes better then white sugar!)
Milk: enough to get the mix gooey
Corn starch: 2 TBS
Raising agent ( Magic powder): 1TB
I mix it all until it is all nice and gooey, then I add butter to my pan and go for it, I always top them up with maple syrup as it is my favorite. Aspiring vegan chef!
