Border-style Shrimp from Cooking Light
My brother made this Border-Style Shrimp Recipe - Shellfish - MyRecipes.com tonight. Excellent! All the flavors blended beautifully! I might go with a tad more butter next time, to yield more sauce to mop up with the crusty bread.
He served it with an authentic homemade Caesar salad (it was OMG good! I had seconds) and the bread. What a nice treat after a week of some heavy BBQ meals! Lee |

Sounds good....I agree with you that maybe twice the butter added in along with maybe a little Swimp stock would be a plus for those of us who like to sop up da juice!!
