Deadly Sushis Grilled Tilapia

Its mighty good! I dont post recipes often but I thought this deserved a go! This is one easy dish too!

6 Tilapia fillets
2.5 cups of orange juice
.5 cups of lime juice
2 Tbl of SEA salt (not iodized salt)
1 TBL of FRESH cracked peper

We are going to marinade the fish! So mix everything (minus the fish of course) in a bowl (wooden if ya have it). Take the fish in a NON metalic pan and pour in the liquid mixture. Marinade a minimum of 1/2 hour.

Now, get a grill! Indoor our outdoor. Outdoor is better.
Brush with melted butter OR Oilve Oil (important!)
Cook on medium heat until well done.

You can eat this as-is ORRRRR.... you can get a chipolte BBQ sauce and top it off. Depends on you.

God Bless and hope you enjoy it!!!

Thumbs up

Thanks, DS. I will send this recipe to my mom. She and my dad love tilapia.

Sierra, that looks very good. Kim and I like fish, and are trying to eat more of it for health reasons. Since we're land-locked in the sticks, we don't have a real big assortment of seafood availabe, and most everything we get has been frozen. Tilapia is one thing we do have available. and while I find it a little bland, we eat it now and then.
I think your marinade would add a lot of flavor. I also like the fact that it's not so overwhelming that I won't be able to taste the fish.
I will definately try it out. TY!
