Fish Fingers (Sticks)
Can anyone give me a recipe for using frozen fish fingers (nuggets or sticks) that does not need deep frying. If I bake them in the oven with a dab of butter they are OK but somewhat dull. I'd like some veg with them if possible, and a quickie method for supper or lunch.
Thanks, folks, |

How about fish tacos?
Fish Tacos I never fry or bake packaged battered fish. I thaw them, use the broiler and just watch carefully. Baking just takes so long and they are never crispy enough for me. |

I like them on toasted buns with tartar sauce and cheese, too.
