Fried Catfish

My daughter want's catfish for christmas. Can anyone give me a good seasoning tip.

Where are you?
If your in the states, you can get a package of Bass Pro shop seasoned fish batter. It's really good. You can also do a beer batter. Just mix beer and flour to the consistancy of pancake mix. Or, you can mix mustard and Frank's hot sauce, smear it on the fish and then batter and fry. Just wipe off any excess before you batter.
