Ingredients
1 lb raw peeled and deveined shrimp
1 lb dried pasta shells
Olive oil as needed for sautéing
2 cloves of garlic peeled and minced
1 cup pitted kalamata olives
1/3 cup feeds dill
Feta cheese for garnish

Instructions

Boil large pot of water for pasta and while that is coming to a boil mince your garlic, slice the kalamata olives and cherry tomatoes in half. Also make sure shells are completely removed from shrimp.

When water comes to a bo add pasta and stir. Next add splash of olive oil to a heavy bottomed pan and add minced garlic and shrimp. Once The shrimp is cooked thru add the sliced olives and tomatoes, stir and turn heat off.

Cook pasta to al dente then drain well and add to the pan with the shrimp. Add a little more olive oil, the chopped dill and red pepper flakes to taste.

Too everything together and put I. Individual bowls. Add crumbled feta to the top.

Very nice. I make something similar, but with snapper or tuna. And grape tomatoes.
It's always so refreshing to eat.
 
looks good, cheesey. finally, a greek dish without oregano and lemon.

how many grape tomatoes do you think? i don't see it in the ingredient list.

My bad! I forgot to put that in there. 1 cup of grape or cherry tomatoes!
