Okay i am lookin for a spicy beer batter for some fish to deep fry :) anyone know ?

Make up a batter by using about 4 oz (sifted) flour, add an egg, then thin to the required consistency with something like Guiness or Deuchars 80 shillings. Voila - beer batter :)

Don't know about spicy, though.. perhaps add an amount of chili flakes or chili powder?
 
I used to work in a Cajun restaurant. They would sift some blackened seasoning into the flour before adding the beer.

Ish, yes, I do believe Old Bay Seasoning is an American product. I have it and use it. It's used primarily to flavor a boil or "Court-boullion" for poaching seafood and shellfish.
