ISO crabmeat-stuffed mushroom recipe

i'm figuring crabmeat, mayo, seasalt, pepper, old bay..... is this correct? binding agents suggestions, or is mayo enough?

i'd probably omit the parm since i'm placing cheese over them, though.

my girls like a small amount of very finely chopped shallot and parsley mixed into the mayo..Seems to give them just a little more taste,using the stems is a wonderful idea I do that or bag em for pasta sauce.
