ISO Ideas for Salmon Cutlets
I bought some Atlantic Salmon cutlets and now realise that I have no idea what to do with them. I know it is the middle of the night for many but for the few who are presently viewing can you help urgently? Teatime is soon and so far I have nothing.

well, a little late for your teatime, but when next you have some salmon, one of my favorite ways to prepare it is - sprinkle fresh lemon juice over, sprinkle with a little brown sugar and top with tarragon leaves. now, you can either roast or grill the salmon. wonderful flavors.

My brother likes to brush kikomans terriki baste and glaze on them while he grills them. I usually just bake or broil salmon with butter, lemon, salt and pepper.
