ISO recipe for garlic peel-and-eat shrimp?
At the Chinese buffets around here (should I admit to eating at them on a foodie board?) they always have a tray of garlicy peel and eat shrimp/prawns.
Usually they're salty, sometimes a bit spicy with some peppers thrown in. Usually pretty dry, not really in a sauce. Does anyone know what they're actually called and possibly a recipe for them? I'd LOVE to be able to make some at home. Thanks! |
