can anyone help me??

im thinking about some salt, pepper, lemon juice and maybe parsley.

what would be the best way to do it?

i think i messed up. can this be moved where it belongs?

javelinpr, are you looking for a way to serve smoked salmon that you will buy?

Thinly sliced smoked salmon is frequently served cold as an appetizer, first course or a canape. Is that what you have?

was thinking of cooking it somehow. like serving it with pasta or as meat with greek rice or something that matches it. could be made in a sauce or something.

while writing i thought that serving it together with shrimp in a sauce cooked together would match greatly. shrimp may kill the salmon flavor a bit.

Should i use the unsmoked salmon for this kind of recipes or does the smoked works the same way???

BTW im a rookie chef and im open to experiment and try anything.

You might also add a small amount of orange juiceplus olive oil, salt,it gives a marinated flavour to smoked salmon,I tried it last Christmas,it was delicious, you might also add some chopped fresh coriander and chopped garlic (just a little).
