I like to cook in bulk and freeze my food. I'm looking for a way of cooking brown rice and salmon together in a way that the rice is fully soaked in flavour.
I'd like not to use dairy.
For example with chicken or beef I can usually stew the meat with some carrots and onions, that way there is a lot of gravy
to add flavour to the rice. Alternatively I could make a curry. However I'm not sure what to do with salmon.
Please help.
