Makotos Shrimp

While I'm not a big seafood fan, I must admit that I love the shrimp they serve at a restaurant called Makotos (I don't know how wide spread it is). I doesn't look like they add a marinade and only put some sort of spice on it, but it tastes wonderful. Does anyone know what they do with their shrimp to make it so good? Is it just the "stir frying" that makes it tasty or what?
