Pan Seared Tuna

What would go well with the recipe linked above as a side dish? It's pan seared tuna with a soy and ginger based sauce.

Rice always pairs well with seafood. I buy those packaged rice "Sides" when I'm out of ideas or in a rush. Something like grilled zuchini would be good too.

I could see a light Asian-style noodle dish like a Vietnamese vermicelli

Or so some California rolls

Or some light fried tofu squares with a salad of julienned vegetables with a ginger dressing

Once I had a dish in a lovely Japanese-Chinese inspired restaurant, it is pan-seared tuna with whole-wheat soba noodles. They taste really good together. Even better with some wasabi!
