Prawns Barbecued in their Shells
50 g butter
5 cloves garlic, crushed 18 large king prawns 1 pineapple, cored and sliced 1 each : red and yellow pepper (capsicums), onion, all sliced black pepper to taste 1 Melt the butter in a small saucepan and stir in the garlic. Heat through over a low heat for a couple of minutes. 2 Brush the BBQ or hotplate with a little oil 3 Cook the pineapple, onion and peppers on the BBQ. BBQ the prawns for about 1 minute each side or until they turn pink. 4 Brush with the garlic butter and sprinkle with black pepper. Serve with the garlic butter on the side Servings: 4
