Salmon Marinade

I just popped a couple of frozen salmon fillets into a baggie with this marinade to make for dinner tomorrow:

1/2 c peanut oil
4 T soy sauce
4 T balsamic vinegar
small bunch of scallions, chopped
1 T brown sugar
2 garlic cloves, mined
1 1/2 t ground ginger (I used fresh)
1 t crushed red pepper flakes (or more if you like heat)
1 t sesame oil
1/2 t salt

Let marinade 4-6 hours. Grill or broil until the salmon just flakes (about 10 minutes per inch of thickness).
