I have 14 skewers of shrimp - pre-flash frozen. I plan on dividing them into 2 portion Foodsaver bags to freeze until needed. Should i put marinade/seasoning in the bags or wait until I thaw to use??

As soon as you remove them from the freezer to thaw....add the marinade. Def. the way to go.

I agree w/Mikey. Unless you are going to use them in the immediate future, marinating them and putting them back in the freezer is going to turn them into shrimp pudding on a stick.
Nobody's idea of good eats.
