Thoughts On Shrimp Tamales, I Have Some Family That Does Not
Eat Meat I Am Making Pork Tamales For The Meat Eaters. I Make Wonderful Pork And Beer Tamales Will Shrimp
Work? Never Tried Them But Thought It Might Be Good.

Do they just not eat "red" meat? If so, you could use ground turkey. If not, than I don't see why shrimp wouldn't work if you chop it well.

Chicken tamales are good too. I had a couple of recipes for shrimp and/or crab tamales; I'll see if I still have them where I can find them.
