Spicy seafood dip?

I trying to do spicy seafood dip in thai style.

It named "nam-jim-sea-food"


1-------cup-------guinea-pepper
1-------cup-------garlic
1------------------root of coriander
1-------cup-------fish sauce
1 1/2---cup-------lime juice
2-------tbsp.------sugar
1/2-----cup-------pickle garlic

method :

spin all Ingredients then serve with seafood.
