Yellowtail Kingfish

WHAT???!!!??? Where's the pic of it cooked & sauced to perfection over a bed of pureed something & appropriately garnished, along with the price tag??!!! (I'm just teasing you - :))

I had it just as sashimi and seared med-rare with salt. If it's my first time trying something that I can cook myself rather than off a menu in another restaurant, I'll eat it as simply as possible so to get the purest flavor of the ingredient. After that I'll play around with it.
