Just wanted to share this recipe with you, I have been making it for years, I just adore spinach and ricotta lasagne and the use of pine nuts in this is delicious and adds a different texture.

The recipe comes from british cook Delia Smith. Highly recommended.

Good Afternoon,

The funny thing is I had just posted Lasagne al Spinaci di Carlo in the Pasta section ... A different take on same dish, and the lasagne is home made by hand, and it includes Italian products, Ceps, and cheese, and home made Ricotta.

Your recipe recommendation can be a future interpretation ... I made note of it,
