Super healthy lacto/ovo veg burrito.
1. Puree Pink lentils/Sesame seeds/Cilantro/Hot salsa/Lemon or Lime juice
Puree the sesame seeds till no whole seeds remain. 1/3 sesame seeds to lentils
2. Sautee Mushrooms/Green onions/garlic/Soy sauce
3. And Low fat Ricotta cheese
About 1/3 of each wrapped in a Tortilla then lightly nuked. Season to taste.
Tortilla isn't necessary if you just want to eat it in a bowl.
All the ingredients without the cheese also make a complete protein if you use brown, Italian, or Crimini mushrooms for a Vegan meal. Corn also works.
