Chocolate Yule log

A flourless chocolate Yule log, really light and gluten free. From Nigella Lawsons Christmas book . Easy to do and delicious .

Thanks, GQ! Glad to see you around. I will check this out though now I find out gluten is the LEAST of my problems (though still a problem) I can't have the eggs, sugar, cream or chocolate either.

I have some recipes I want to share with you - great GF fare!

That looks awesome! I was going to make a yule log and blog about it this Christmas, but never got around to it. I really need to do this earlier this year so that I'm not trying to squeeze everything in during the holidays!
