Looking for extremely hypo-allergenic cookies!

I'm trying to make cookies for my co-worker's last day at his job. The poor kid is allergic to wheat, dairy, soy, and eggs. The only cookies he has had are things such as peanut butter drop-type cookies. Anyone have tips to get around these ingredients or have recipes he can eat with some variety? Thanks!

To be on the safe side, you may just want to send him off with a handshake, rather than to potentially put his life in danger with a gift of food.

Or make a homemade condiment he likes, like pickles or flavored mustard.

This website has a few GF, egg and dairy free cookie recipes. You will need quite a few non-traditional ingredients. It's nice of you to think of doing something that special for your coworker. I hope he enjoys them.

If you don't like the food, have more wine!

no bake cookies could be an easy recipe to modify

I actually found several recipes to cookies via the Paleo diet, thank you for your input everyone. And I'm making him cookies because he often expresses his desire for one that he can eat and I appreciate his hard work, and am sad to see him go. I was just curious if anyone had a recipe off hand; not trying to send him to the hospital. Thanks.
