Super Seed Bars

These are lovely little seedy nutty bars. Made very simply with gluten free oats, plus pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, bananas, desiccated coconut, dates, Brazil nuts, almonds, honey and a little butter . They come in at just under 200 calories each .

I've been in and out of DC all day. Reading beats eating everything in the house. Now I am salivating.

Looks wonderful. Are those store bought or is there a recipe?

Could I get a list of the ingredients? I'd like to try them.

Is there a link available?
