18/10 stainless steel with nonstick coating

I am thinking about buying a 18/10 stainless fry pan but it says it has a non-stick coating.Is this normal for stainless steel?It also has a 25 year warranty and says that it is oven proof.Can you put this in the oven without damaging it?It only costs $20.

Yes it is normal to see 18/10 stainless with a non-stick coating. Non-stick pans are generally oven proof up to a certain heat level. My Calphalon Non-stick pans can go as high as 450.
