A Butter Adventure

Last Sunday I used:

6 lbs butter
1 liter bourbon
24 C flour
6 C corn flour
6 C sugar
3 oranges
4 lemons
4 T ground cardamon
1 tsp cinnamon
1/ C crystallized ginger
3 C dried cranberries

What did I make?

Forget love... I'd rather fall in chocolate!

I hope you have a canoe paddle for a spatula and a very big mixing bowl.

Is it Biscotti?

Fruited short bread or short bread cookies.

EDIT, you were baking with a friend, the bourbon was for you and your friend.

Sounds about right to me. Of course, I have never made fruit cake.
