Thank you Sparrow. We have a kitchen hammer that has a flat side which I will use. And actually it is I that am lucky. My wife is so beautiful to me that it intimidates me. I never knew that such a kind hearted woman existed....and she fell in love with me. What are the chances?

If you use a hammer on a chicken breast you'll destroy it. If you don't have a flat meat mallet use a heavy pot.

And contests on your excellent catch!

Ok T.J. tell the truth LOL. The ladies at the barn usually cook for you while Sveta is on the road!!! You never cried missed meal blues while she was away because the women there fall all over themselves to make you something to eat. Kudos to you though for trying this. You're doing a great job. You're right that she's beautiful. You guys are a great couple and deserve one another. See you on Saturday.
