Thank you so much! I appreciate all of your comments! I will definately check with my health man before storing on the shelf. You are so right Mike! There are so many "sue happy" people out there! Thank you so much for the thought.

This just reminded me of a friend of mine (adult! ) to whom I had to explain that refrigeration doesn't permenently preserve food! She was about to eat a microwaved dinner that she had made, forgottent to eat, and left in the fridge for like three weeks.
